Must take action on mention point to build up the customer
Decoration must be needed in Room at Lee International...Tea kit , toothpaste brush not available in room , AC must be needed service , Toilet must be needed with decorative Colour combination . Breakfast must needed more Items with buffet service.

Excellent Stay
An excellent place to stay if you want to visit both old city and Newtown of Kolkata every modes of transportation available and hotel services and staff behaviour is very polite and helpful.. Recommend place to stay

Average Stay
The hotel staff were very helpful, they have tried to attend all your concerns in a very positive manner and swiftly. Food quality wise okay but freshly prepared including morning complementary buffet breakfast. The only drawback is for me at least in this case the room condition, a bit of old infrastructure, the bed size even though it is a queen bed but still it is very small in size at least you have a kid along with you. Special request to the hotel management, please upgrade the bathroom infrastructure. Also as a small note the housekeeping services are not at par.

lovely stay at Hotel Lee International-5 star experience
This is my 4th time staying in this hotel.... I would love to recommend this hotel to those looking for an excellent, almost 5 star experience in the hotel...... The staff is too good to believe. I never expected that my stay could be soooo wonderful and amazing. The food was excellent with a low cost. The washrooms were really neat as well. Good hotel in the price range, location , clean bathrooms, good breakfast. Furnitures are old but ok. Overall, positive feedback!

Terrible Stay
