property is aswam, but room is so poor, room is small, not a tv, bedsheet is uses,room is so bad, dinner is very tasty.

No complimentary water provided no room service provided rooms are very dirty, like the washroom, curtains, bed sheet, comforter foul smell was coming from the comforter, unable to use it in this winter no fan in the room no privacy, hotel staff are knocking on the door every time for no reason the mattress is very hard and not suitable for any human being to sleep nicely they refused to change the curtain, although it was very dirty room rate is very high, and they keep telling us why we booked it, we should book it directly 1:1 with them

very pathetic customer service, they told us to go and open the room, there was no room cleaning done before we checked in, We asked to change the curtain and bedsheet but they refused to do the same. No complementary water provided, anyone come and ring the bell there is no privacy, very pathetic behaviour of the hotel staffs and manager, room washroom are very dirty, comforter is having very bad odur, it's not a recommended one for any normal human being.

Every thing is average. Room was so small. The service was not so good. Tey are not professional. Bed shit was not clean. Fan also made a huge sound. Many problem was there.

The hotel room was small. Not enough clean. Towel not available. The behaviour of the staff was good.

Worst stay ever. Too much dirty bed sheets, pillows & cover. Also broken bed. I asked them to change the room but they refused, even they didn’t provide towel. Don’t come here.

The location was very good, just 2 min walking distance from kachrapara railway station. Kachrapara is also famous for food and drinks. But they didn't allow me to c hake in before 40 min of c hake in time, it should be considered but they didn't otherwise everything was good for short stay. It was my 4 th time stay.

The hotel could not provide fro basic amenity like water for bathing or washroom at night. A/c and geyser was working fine. No tv or wifi as promised in the amenities by make my trip. Food was delicious.

Staff behaviour was very rude, washroom had insects, bed was uncomfortable, even ac and tv was not working

While staying in room no-302 of the said hotel, i have got a very bitter experience. The mattress was very old and became hard and it was depressed in the middle area, bed sheet was very old and had a number of small holes, the wooden bed was also making sound. There was no hand wash liquid/ shop in the wash room & service staff was also very reluctant.

Everything was good but could be better. Management process should be improved. Communication problems could be better.

The staff were unprofessional. There are no windows in the room and the room has a very narrow space.

The crew is helpful, and there are cozy corners. Helpful and homey.
