I booked for 3 days via. Mm t therafter i gone for my work. When i returned to hotel in the evening, person sitting at reception informed me that your booking can't be accepted by hotel owner. I requested several times, but they haven't accepted. This, i was forced to checkout from the hotel. The same i informed to mm t and mm t advised me to do a booking in a different hotel and they will return the amount.

It not a 3 star hotel, even not applicable for single star. If you have low budget then it is ok to stay
They don’t have good food arrangements in their hotel, washroom not good

Complementary breakfast they refused to give
I have booked with complimentary breakfast but at hotel the refused to give even they have charged for breakfast also smallest rooms i have ever seen

Just satisfied
Not bad but its ok. Should look after the washrooms in the room, need to be cleaned up properly location is perfect. Restaurant food is good.

Safety standards
No temperature checks, toiletaries included only soap, food was good.

Wrong name of hotel, wifi issues, low cleanliness
The name of hotel mentioned in the mm t app is different and run under some other name as "stayhub" it was a problem for me and my aged father to look for the hotel as no one knew about "hotel silver key" wifi was not working asked to rectify multiple times but they hardly seem to pay heed to it. The floors didnt seem clean and also the washroom was not clean and had long hair on the washroom floor. The towel provided were also dirty and had dirty patches on it.

Unhygienic washroom
Washroom were unhygienic. Water was flowing all around. Staff behaviour was rude in some manner. They did not allow guest to visit in.

Staff and service was not good
I am asked towel soap shampoo, TV remote no one is came, staff was very rude, drinking water also not provided. Bedsheet pillows cover are dirty. Washroom are dirty, floor not clean properly, room was smelly.

The experience wasn't Worth the price I paid
The location is quite good. The food was not great. The service was terrible. The staff was not helpful at all. I could hear peculiar sounds all night.
