They don't know how to behave with customer
location is good , rooms are also decent. but the behaviour of the staffs and receptionist are way more rude. It's like they don't even wanna work there. They are so arrogant like they are doing us a favour. I had booked this hotel using mmt , that's why I had no choice but to stay there , otherwise I would have never stayed here

Respected Sir, Thanking you from bringing up the topic. We had mentioned, local IDs are not accepted, similar to what is written in the palatform you had booked through. We don't do local ID business, else we would have doubled our revenue every month. Our check in time is 1pm, you had arrived at 9am. We went out of our way to provide you the room. Since you were accompanied by a lady from another state, we had honoured the booking, otherwise we would have declined your booking.
Excellent Stay
Very nice stay. neat and clean room with all required facilities. Staff behaviour is excellent. Location wise best with proximity to the transport system is good.

had a wonderful stay! 🏨✨ The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful enough to relax. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options every day. 🍽️ The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! 🌿😊

the room atmosphere was good and it was a decent room but they don't provide any tea or complimentary tea items in the room and they also don't provide complimentary breakfast. although it was a good experience but nothing is complimentary in fact they charged me for a water of bottle.

Sir, you had booked Delux Room, Room only, category. Two bottles of water were complimentry. When you had ordered food you had requested an extra bottle of water which was charged. Regards.

Terrible Stay
Provided the worst room on the 4th floor with no lift facility, broken bucket, flush and shower not working properly, tv was for showcase purposes and has not switched on. The behaviour of the manager is disgusting judge guests with appearance and state of origin

Good Stay
Behavior & service - good food-good senior persons like us are not comfortable to use staircase for moving from ground floor to upward floors. Lift is necessary for this reason.

Clean and comfortable stay
It has been a clean and comfortable 4 night stay with complimentary room upgrade. Hotel has no elevator but the staff is really helpful with baggage services and always available for assistance.

A nice star to stay at north kolkata
We stayed in the same family room where we stayed last year. The whole hotel including the room was very clean. Behavior of the staffs were really good. We enjoyed our stay for 6 days.
