Location is fine for business people as near to wholesale hub. Food quality is decent enough, not to worry much. Amenities wise lot to do more. Towels were not clean, got replaced but still not enough cleaned, need to ask for water many times which they supposed to give- 2 bottles per day. No soap dispensers, toilet roles, tissues, face towel etc. They just provide you with small pack of soap and small bottle of shampoo

Property's food is o.k Location is good But facilities are poor.Gysure is not working, bathroom is not clean. Tapes are leaking. We asked the manager if he can fix all the problems but nothing has been done.

On arrival firstly they didn't provide me the Super Deluxe Room which was booked by me and were providing me the low category room. After objected they shifted me to the right catagory. Tea cattle was there but not any tea making items in the room. Room was not maintained as shown in the booking sight.

Mg road metro station is ar walkable distance , food in sufi palace is excellent, complimentary breakfast menu need to be improved , overall stay is good. Hot water was not available most of the time
