The room and bathroom was clean. All basic amenities were already provided. The host was friendly and well behaved. It looks like it is refurnished or build newly. I booked for 2 days for me. The room was very small which is ok but there was no ventilation which suffocated me during afternoon (only issue I found)

I had the privilege to stay in the hotel for about 6 days, and honestly speaking they have the best services, and the staffs were really nice and helpful, i stayed near the reception area so the melodious non stop music at the reception area chimed my stay in my room, bedsheets were clean, bathrooms were clean and things were spotless, Kudos to their service and hard work! Will definitely stay again! As a solo traveller and a woman, i felt safe and respected in the hotel. I only have one dislike that is the location which i find a bit hidden from the main roads, but you can always opt for Uber pickups, well yeah it could also be a plus point for people who want to be away from the city but in the city! Thank you Hotel the City of Joy, you really brought me joy!

1) Location is Good 2) Stuffs are helpful 3) Hotel doesnt have any dining place 4) Hotel doesnt have any lift 5) Even the premium rooms are very small for a family 6) AC is quite older and make constant noise 7) Complimentary breakfast is very poor. Most of the days dey serve only bread. Even tea is also charged extra. 8) Ok for solo traveler or for 1-2 day stay.

room is in the gf infront of the reception and there is no curtain at least which is not desirable considering the point of privacy. as per condition there is a provision of welcome drink and breakfast but such provision was not made.

groupExtremely dissatisfied with the stay. Booked a deluxe room, however the room was extremely small, with no space to move about. All amenities were there - like AC, TV; but all in a congested atmosphere. There is no window, if you need a look outside. The rooms were clean though (in our 4 night stay, it was cleaned only once). There is no restaurant attached and the complimentary breakfast (bread for 2 days) seemed to be arranged from elsewhere. Tea costed and extra 30 rupees. Though facilities are available, I just feel it's overpriced. N not a place to relax if u intend for a holiday.

Its not to be called a hotel but lodge. Very very small rooms. I had booked for 1day but stayed for hardly 3hours. Its location is also inside a lane where it’s difficult to get a cab easily. The staffs were good but property isn’t. We reached at about 7am in morning the hotel doors were shut hence we had to wake them up in order to check in. Hence its a lodge not hotel. Hotel gives 24*7 services. Breakfast was good but quantity is very limited.
