Nice and well organized rooms
Well maintained and clean rooms. Even the staffs behavior was very good and the hygiene was taken proper care.

Poor Stay
The washroom was in extremely bad condition and the room was not up to the expectation as shown in images. Apart from this staff was friendly and supportive.

The property was filled with workers, and the photo of the room did not match what we experienced. The economy room was not satisfactory; it was very noisy due to ongoing construction, and there was no room service available. This made my friends and me very uncomfortable.

the property needs to make sure that blanket are of good size only one person can use that and water was leaking from the ac which made the bed wet and making the experience worse . more over they need to add a door mat in front of the bathroom otherwise the room gets dirty

Our family stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. I strongly advise against choosing this place if you’re travelling with your family. The service was pathetic, and the overall experience was unpleasant from the start. While the rooms were spacious, they were poorly maintained. The washrooms resembled unattended public toilets — unhygienic and dirty. The linens provided were stained and clearly not fresh. Even the most basic services were either lacking or poorly executed. This is not the kind of experience any family would want during a vacation. The hotel management seriously needs to improve their standards and prioritize cleanliness and customer care.

The hotel rooms were average and service was good. But faced some issues like no elevator, no buffet available for breakfast & dinner (limited thali was provided), TV with damaged screen, average washroom etc. I would rather say it was neither good nor bad, it was average.
