Average Hotel, not value for money

The hotel was good and comfortable to stay. However the check in time i.e. 12 noon is quite impractical. The check in time should be 9 a.m. Our early check in request was partially fulfilled.

The hotel is in a very nice location and the rooms are clean and quite spacious, good service and staff

Every thing was excellent, food , stay, location

The property was filled with workers, and the photo of the room did not match what we experienced. The economy room was not satisfactory; it was very noisy due to ongoing construction, and there was no room service available. This made my friends and me very uncomfortable.

the property needs to make sure that blanket are of good size only one person can use that and water was leaking from the ac which made the bed wet and making the experience worse . more over they need to add a door mat in front of the bathroom otherwise the room gets dirty

Our family stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. I strongly advise against choosing this place if you’re travelling with your family. The service was pathetic, and the overall experience was unpleasant from the start. While the rooms were spacious, they were poorly maintained. The washrooms resembled unattended public toilets — unhygienic and dirty. The linens provided were stained and clearly not fresh. Even the most basic services were either lacking or poorly executed. This is not the kind of experience any family would want during a vacation. The hotel management seriously needs to improve their standards and prioritize cleanliness and customer care.

Very good hotel, I have stayed in this property during Jan 2025 and April 2025, their hospitality is too good. This property is located in the middle location of the city. Big rooms with nest and clean toilets, well maintained property.

No dental kits, breakfast was not good to expectations, poor hygiene, no proper locking of the rooms

The hotel rooms were average and service was good. But faced some issues like no elevator, no buffet available for breakfast & dinner (limited thali was provided), TV with damaged screen, average washroom etc. I would rather say it was neither good nor bad, it was average.

It was as per my location requirement... The stay was average. Super easy access to Chakraberia and nearby areas.

Booking through mm t was quite easy. Property location is in the centre easily accessible to all the places to visit. Staff is quite cooperative. The property is not well maintained

It was a great stay at hotel trimoorti at calcutta, very close to all markets and all attraction of the city. Easily accessible. H room sizes are good well maintained and hospitality is too good.
