we got clean room.. service was good... staffs are co operative.. near maidan metro station and good location to stay for shopping purpose in park street area

The air conditioner is not working and there is no fan in the room. I have spent two nights like this.

The hotel is well situated. Breakfast is good. Room was slightly small. It's situated on the 1st floor, but has no elevator

I had a very disappointing experience at Middleton Inn. Right from the check-in process, things were off – it was unorganized and unnecessarily stressful. Once I finally got to the room, I was shocked by the condition it was in. The walls were damp, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the overall ambience was extremely dark and unwelcoming. Given the poor state of the room and the uncomfortable environment, I decided to check out within an hour of checking in. It was definitely not what I expected, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Found a lack of interest in the staff for providing any kind of service.

Property is well located near Maidan metro station, just waling distance. Food very delicious and we have enjoyed unlimited morning breakfast.

The room floor was dusty, and the toilet seat could have been better maintained. There was no toilet tissue paper in the bathroom. pro- good location. staff was good.

Room is very small. I can't expect this room charge very high. when i see after entry the room. This room charge should be 2000

The place have a very welcoming staff, definitely recommend for a family. but they could really improve on hygiene and those fungus on head board of bed.

Terrible hygiene, stains on bedclothes with dingy bathrooms and dead insects all around. Pillow cases and towers were stained, room was moldy

No lift available at hotel. Food is below average. Service quality leaves much to be desired. Only plus point is location. At this pricepoint better avoid this hotel

Walls are untidy/cracks/leakage. Very congested rooms. Bathroom has water logging issue. Light was not proper, they said its a sensor but had to repair because it had a fault. Hotel is very old. Breakfast was good.
