I recently stayed at tree tahoora premium, park street hotel from 24th january to 25th january. While the dual bedroom provided was spacious and comfortable, and the food quality was good, my overall experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff. A significant downside was the frequent and persistent demands for "bakshish" (tips) by the guards and staff for every small task. This left a negative impression and made the stay uncomfortable, as it constantly lingered at the back of my mind. Overall, i would rate the hotel 2 stars as it fell below average in terms of customer experience. If i travel to kolkata again, i would likely choose a different hotel for a more pleasant stay.
