very convenient location in good south kolkata locality, near gariahat for shopping, and many places that specialise in bengali top class cuisine, though a little far away from the nearest kalighat metro which is 2 kilometers away from this casa, the behaviour of the staff is good,cooperative, and the ac works well, The room is clean, the lift is nice, but the wardrobes, other things like study table, fixtures at the toilet are not very good, not up to the mark , and drab.... though not broken, but serves the purpose some how, i would be happy if they notch up their maintenance quite a bit in these things, the bed was average clean, the towels were clean of course,the room mini fridge was working, the android tv was also satisfying.. i would certainly check in again but would request the manager and owner to upgrade the furniture please. Have already submitted a detailed review

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was very pleasant. 3nights stay at casa broadway was good. Rooms were ok, not that perfect but manageable kinda, best part of this hotel was their staffs, very attentive & cooperative . From receptionist to servers .

It's a very comfortable stay at Gariahat. Receptionist behaviour is also good.All types of modern amenities is available. Gol park is a minute of walk . Overall experience is very nice.

firstly it is a very central area to go anywhere. It is also very easy to catch any transport to go. Staff behavior, Amenities, Room cleanliness, View point, Spaces is so good for stay and take a long breath to enjoy a day which is good for health. I didn't eat from your cuisine but next time i really want to eat. The overall experience from your hotel is superb.

A very cosy boutique hotel, on a quiet neighbourhood, but very close to bustling gariahat area (2 mins walk. In house food is excellent.

My guest wasnt allowed to come in even for a five minute talk and i found 3 empty bottles of beer along a with a wine bottle in the warddrobe.
