as usual wonderful ambience, hygiene and service is at best. people are highly cordial and food quality is also fantastic.

This hotel provides excellent value for the price. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were always ready to help with anything I needed. The lobby was luxurious with marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and elegant decor, making a fantastic first impression. Check-in was efficient, with no wait time. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly and handed me a map of the city with a few local restaurant recommendations. I was also offered a complimentary drink while I filled out check-in forms. They provided a personalized welcome note in my room, making me feel truly valued.

Terrible and pathetic experience. This hotel doesn't qualify the criteria of being regarded as a hotel. It fails as a hotel across every parameter, be it the look, the management, the facade, the facilities and the counting goes on. The room was extremely small and the bedsheet along with the pillow cover and blanket cover were extremely dirty. The ceiling fan was not working and hence they've provided one table stand fan, which was as useless as the hotel itself. Window ac was present there but there was no cooling in the room. It was just a showpiece. But there was yet another showpiece in the room that was the tv which was not working at all, forget about the channels and other things. The bathroom was dirty. No toiletries were provided in the room, no tea kits, no kettle. Nothing was present as mentioned in the amenities during booking. In the morning, the water got exhausted and over the top. How could one inform them regarding the same, because there was one more showpiece in the room that was intercom. The phone was extremely dead and was of no use, needs to be thrown in the dustbin. So one needs to go to the reception for everything with no lights on the stairs as well as the passage and after reaching at the reception you'll find all the staffs sleeping together in the room with no lighting in the room as well as the reception. One has to go to the reception and manually ask them about your concern. Extremely poor experience. Not recommended at all.
