The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful. The property is located in a peaceful area and is well connected to the city by various means of transportation. A short and comfortable stay.

It was a good decision taken. The staff is very sweet and supportive. The stay is comfortable and it's a proper residential area. Everything is good about the stay.

location was good. The problem was Food, though they have veg and non veg both, they don't use different kitchens or even separate utensils. everything is made in one place. Vegetarians will not be comfortable with this. Amenities are ok, specially water heater was not good, it had bad smell. The rooms were very neat and tidy and the service was very good.

I recently stayed at the Palm Aryan Hotel, and overall, my experience was quite good. The ambiance and facilities provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed my time there. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the bathroom towels were quite old, and one of them was in a tired state, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, I encountered some rudeness from the front desk staff during the evening session when I had queries. This was disappointing, as a friendly and helpful front desk can significantly enhance a guest's stay. Despite these issues, my stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated the other aspects of the hotel. I would recommend the Palm Aryan Hotel with the hope that they address these concerns for future guests.

it's amazing with Micheal receptionist interaction and Hotel Staff well maintained the clean environment. Coming to the food is tasty.

For me hotel place is cool. Stuff were very friendly. My son were enjoyed a lot. Tasty breakfast. Room & bathroom were nice.

We checked in almost 2 hours early and according to our plans we were supposed to check out early the next morning. As we had complimentary breakfast for the next day but we wouldn't be having it due to our early check out, they offered some sandwiches and tea when we checked-in without us asking for it. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location was a very calm and silent residential area.

It was a nice experience, the room was great, in all sense, also the washroom was good. The best part is their services, like if you order something from outside staff members will deliver it to you, and you don't have to go down and collect it. And their behaviour is also nice. Overall it was a good experience.

No proper restaurant services, moreover for food have to travel far with hired vehicles otherwise property is ok

Staying at palm aryan was a wonderful experience. It was my first trip to kolkata and getting to stay at such a good hotel at reasonable rates has been a blessing. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and the facilities were working just fine.

The location is fantastic and very peaceful. Staffs are extremely helpful and always great you with smiling faces. I will prefer to stay there again and again. However, tariff is a bit high for the season.
