Picture shown on website,and actual pictures are opposite. Rooms are not clean as shown,my breakfast was included but no breakfast served. In the websites it shows they provide food,but there is no food provided you have to get your own food.I had my breakfast included but no breakfast was served. Rooms are in terrible condition,bed linens are torn and stained(look like it haven't been cleaned). Washroom are dirty,no toiletries provide. At the time of checkout the receptionist told me to give excellent feedback. Very pathetic experience,a fake picture of rooms are displayed on website and actual is opposite of that

property's location is good and convenient. Rooms are spacious and good however the linens and curtains in d room can be upgraded in terms of cleanliness,the same goes for the bathroom too. The only disadvantage was that there is no room service, as in there is no restaurant in the hotel so you have to order food from Swiggy, zomato etc.......It would be great if they have inbuilt restaurant in the hotel in the future. However, the staff were nice and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Dirty bedsheets, pillow covers. We had to change 4 rooms because of some problem or the other. One room did not have a lock in the balcony. One room’s washroom did not close. One room had stains on the mattress. overall a bad experience.

The hotel regardless of its high price is very poor in amenities. Poor hygiene and not good behaviour of staffs. Breakfast is not available they brought toast and tea in the name of breakfast. Very poor room maintenance. Stinking bedsheet and pillows. Insect were crawling on bed. Kindly delist this hotel from your platform because these hotels will only bring bad reputation to you and give a huge dent to your credibility.
