Hotel Sun Prime

The room was too small. washroom was very dirty and small. water tap was not working. It's not worthy in this price. I have never stayed in such a small room. Though they tagged it deluxe room but it was smaller than a standard room

At first, we were given the smallest room in the hotel, hardly 80 sq. ft., even though we had booked a 400 sq. ft. room. After confronting the staff at the reception, we were shifted to the correct room. The rooms were good and clean, the service was satisfactory, and the hotel’s location was convenient. Although food price is way to high. However, regarding room service, the management should have provided a menu card in every room. It was a very common facility in hotels, and without it, guests had no idea about the food options or their prices. How could we be sure of the actual price without a menu card? To make it worse, the bill was given only after 24 hours of checkout. Only then did I come to know the food prices, which felt highly unprofessional and inconvenient. Such practices reduced trust and transparency, and the hotel should have definitely improved this.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just near Lake Mall, making it very convenient for me. The rooms are luxurious yet cozy, and offered at a very affordable rate. The room service was excellentquick, attentive, and friendly. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value for money. Welcoming staff, good location, near from Lake mall and close to metro station Kalighat

As per Room Traiif Price, Room size was NOT enough, Bathroom was too small. Room Service was NOT Good. Enough DUST was in room, NOT clean properly . ROOM Telephone was NOT working & NO one care about clients. Everytime, we can call them, even going to ground floor any small need. Only good thing was that their behaviour was good and when we requested them for any thing, they were doing soon.

Everything is good. Especially staff behaviour, room service, cleanliness, moreover the prime location, food and snacks facility near the hotel is too good. If you want to walk late at night on the street no problem at all. Recommended very well to stay.

Service is very poor, food and tea are not available in hotel.Hotel maneger refused to giving mosquito liquid in room, I faced mosquito whole night. That was very bad experience of stay. Improvement should be required.
