No lift for 3rd floor No water Not at all clean Why MMTP is holding these kind of room's.

Location is ok but conditions of the rooms are horrible. There is no lift though it is in 3rd floor. No tv. Ac is there but no remote available.

1. The hotel staff is not cooperating 2. They are not providing ac. We don’t want to stay there

On 4th floor and as there's no lift you have to climb the whole staircase. Didn't even spent 15mins. In property.

I can give you the explanation how horrible this hotel was and the room was like i felt i came to bhoot bangla

Hotel is 3rd floor is not mentioned with no lift. Hotel toilet door is not locked. No remote for act. Only off/on broken switch is a hazard wall is dirty. Waste bin previous not cleaned very bad experience.

Room was smelling badly, bedsheet and pillow covers are not cleaned, toilets are not maintained. 4th floor with straight stairs with luggage was painful. Its a lodge not a hotel. And complimentary breakfast was brought from some where else that to limited puri and 3 small cup of potato curry.

i booked my hotel they did not show anything that hotel was at 3rd floor and they do not any lift and this was too many years old building and area is not ok। we are so disappointed about this hotel

horrible: (1) filthy from outside and inside (2) no water in the room (3) dirty bed sheet (4) obnoxious odor (5) full of the cobwebs . our flight was late and we reached at 1 am. somehow stayed for 5 hours and left at 6 am after booking a good hotel in park street. it is evident with some past bad that it has not improved at all. i had to shift to another hotel.

Hi, i have booked this hotel based on pictures they have uploaded but once i reach there rooms are very terrible. Rooms were hygiene, beds were un cleaned, a/c was not working, washroom water was leaking, drinking water was not good. The best thing is morning there was no water and they said water will come after 2hr. Very terrible experience so pols stay away from this hotel, don't expect like pic.

The property is situated on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Not recommended with heavy luggage or elderly/ill people.

Hotel best inn is on 4th floor no lift. No hotel board outside. Very bad interior and bad location. Very old structure. No maintenance. Famous for services. If not paid in advance and very late check in then will not stay in this hotel.

Very pathetic condition of hotel rooms. No ac working.

I stay in that room. Room condition is best.

Only problem is never recommend for senior citizens or cardio patients 86 stairs to climb.

Comfort stay, nice staff. Good behavior of all.

Maximum dirty, in my whole life, i had not stayed such dirty hotel, tv was not working, no wash basin, absolutely dirty room, blankets were dirty, towel was old, breakfast was not up to minimum standard other guest were roaming with only bermuda. Naked upper body. Fan had no regulator, bathroom was absolutely unclean, reception had no sitting arrangement, no lift being senior citizen we had to go to 4th by stairs, i want 50% money back

There was no proper aminities. Room was dirty. No tv available. No water availability.
