rooms are clean but need to change the towels they're pretty old. restaurant and food is good, nice bar.

My experience at celesta hotel was awesome, everything was up to the mark, the staffs, property, room amenities and food was delicious.😋😍 I had a seamless checking and checkout, staff behavior was very nice, polite and supportive. Overall I can say 5 out of 5.

My stay was very comfortable. Staff are very helpful and provide full guidance. Cleaning is done everyday. Bed covers, towels, are replaced and laid neatly. The restaurant and bar provides a good menu and world class liquors. Chefs churn out sumptuous food. Their room service and presentation are praiseworthy. Recommend Celesta for a memorable stay

Hotel Celesta is located in VIP road going towards the Kolkata airport and it's an ideal choice for any air borne traveller ! Staff here r too courteous and welcoming!! Food specially the complimentary breakfast which I enjoyed had numerous items and prepared fresh (live) by chef plus the taste is awesome !! Strongly recommended with a 10/10 rating among the budget hotels near airport.

Good hotel to stay

I booked a premium room for 1 day here. I reached the hotel at 9. 45am and as they were sold out they did not provide rooms that time. It is understandable. We got the room at 11. 35am. We had a lot of work at hand and had to rush to move out. The room provided was a lower category room( i knew this because i have stayed in their premium room before. During checkout i informed the same to reception but they said they have nothing to do and as i was in a hurry they provided me a room. My question is did i get a room at 10am? i got it at 11. 35am but still they did not bother to degrade my room without informing the same at the time of checkin. I stayed here so i knew the categories if someone as a first visitor would have come then they would cheat like this. I would need a balance amount refund as per the tariff difference of deluxe and premium room. Or else i have to move to consumer forum.

It was good stay. Courteous staffs and good set up for working as well. Food was simple as i wanted that.

Room is not clean at all while check in full amount dust settled on everywhere i show them also i have check out at 5. 30pm around basically late but still they didn't clean i mean its clean long time ago but the dust settle due to after long time they just open for me. I saw behind the bed huge amount of dust settled they denied to clean. Water heated ketlle, dustbin are fully rusted at-least i told them to at-least replace but they said can't possible. Basic things they unable to provide i did check out late so i don't have time to cancel and find another hotel as i am new in this place. service is worst black fungus is on bathroom tiles.

Room was clean but cupboards had empty water bottles. There is no service at the entrance to help with your luggage. Otherwise stay was comfortable.

Location is good. Didn't like the quality of food. Delayed service and issue with key card not resolved. Cleanliness good.

We did early check in for one room out of 4 rooms booked by us. Attendant was too cooperative and supported us well in getting other rooms quickly. Food quality and location of hotel is good.

All the staff were highly cooperative & service was excellent. Prompt response by all staffs shown always.

During busy season, everything is good. During the off-season things may seem a bit average. Service:good room:good food:good

The hotel does not feel like a three star hotel. The staff was very sweet and polite but the rooms were damp smelling and there was weirder smell all over the hotel. Also the wifi was not working and no one took care of it.

Room was good but service need to be improved. They took lots of time to attend if there is any concern. WiFi was not even working.

It's a great property with a very supportive and hospitable team from f&b and housekeeping. Terrible front office team. Complete arrogance and attitude. Guests are always wrong in their motto. A complete disaster waiting to happen. Collections is their target. Even check in check outs are more convenient at lodge. With utmost arrogance they treat the guests like their employees. Blaming the guests for everything. Never recommend. Better stay somewhere else. But not the hotel celesta.
