The AC had water dripping constantly, the phone was not working and the washbasin was clogged. However, they did offer to change the room but terrible experience.

pictures do not match reality .staff non corporative . Not at all suitable for families no amenities to speak of

Good for the price
Room was a bit small to be cozy but it was enough for a single person. Bed was comfortable and clean. You can not bring outside food so you have to either go outside or order from their limited menu.

Best stay in this price range
The hotel is the best in this price range. From check in to check out, everything was smooth. The reception was very welcoming and cooperative. The room was cosy and had everything thing one needs. The washroom was also fully clean. Even an electric kettle is provided. Outside food is not allowed, however the hotel has a rooftop restaurant, which serves great food. I had chosen for the breakfast option as well and it was also delicious. Overall, if presented another chance would surely choose this same hotel again.

family with 1 kidThe property is unlike any shown in the pictures. The property is dirty and run by lousy staff. The reception staff only has one thing t say - I will speak to the manager and come back. It took 3.5 hours to get an extra bed. The breakfast was all done by 9:40 am while it should have been there till 10 am. The room is dusty and dirty. There is 1 slow lift which is also used to carry food. You will hear calls for prayer from next door through the day.

Not bad. Cheap compared to other hotels so you can opt if you have low budget. Still not bad you would get an average experience

Rooms were good and well maintained. Located easily. Had very few options for breakfast. Service was good.

awesome location, good food … a/c was not that great but totally fine … rajshekhar uncle were very helpful who sits in front of the hotel , he told us lot of itenaries in kolkata

Ok hotel.
Small rooms, tiny. Mostly clean and neat, not spotless. Good location. Walking distance from happening places and bus/metro points. Good behaviour by staff. Breakfast is ok, not great. Expensive for 2k per day.
