Review Of Demattrie Hotel

The room was very small there no chair, nor some space to keep chair. Its clean and well maintained rooms. All toiletries and supplied and bathrooms are clean. The ourdoor is terrible. There is no proper sign board to it.

Location area is not good. Chicken wholesale vendor is outside the hotel and at road too much smelly.

The rooms are very small compared to.what photos are shown...in the naam of room service all they did was bed cleaning the dustbin was never cleaned in 3 days nor the bathroom drain was.cleaned which in the last day clogged the.drain and resulted in our room becoming a swimming pool all our stuff got wet

Location wise it is not good. The room was not specious. The hotel's outdoor premises were not properly cleaned and there was a bad smell everywhere. I find it very difficult to book a cab from here, Highly not recommended.

Trust me we won't get better hotel in kolkata than this , excellent rooms They don't have kitchen but they give nice expensive crockery even nit used by taj or jw , they are using g white gold crockery for there guests , you order from online apps. Washrooms , room service , tea coffee kits, everything was outstanding. Best location no need to spend a single peny on taxi to visit all main attraction of kolkata. We were 5 people stayed for 4 days. Excellent , super se bhi uppar , mind blowing , fantastic all other words , hats off to owner for brings all classy things under one roof. Beds you won't get better beds anywhere else ..... Thanks staff , tha ks Mr owner for wonderfull host

Nice accommodation , service was good , staff behaviour was nice , hotel was very friendly and clean
