At time of check-in, Hotelier told me that there is no current room available. If I have booked the room then I expect that one room would be reserved for me but that was not the case... Any how I got the room after 2.5 hours of waiting. Then in the room *wifi* connectivity was not there... there were so many problems which I have faced are listed below👇
1. No room was reserved for me.
2. Wifi bandwidth was very low
3. No help from reception in case of any problem regarding food or any requirement
