Excellent Stay
Hotel room is spacious and tidy. Beds are also neat and clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is good. Foods served to us are undoubtedly delicious. I shall have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to my friends in future.

Food
it was okaiss, they didn't deliver the food in a wrapped up way unless you tell them to do that, hence foods became cold when it's delivered in rooms, please try to look into this

Good Stay
Nice Stay, however they should be non-smoking rooms as most of the rooms had the smell of smoke. The overall stay was decent.

Poor Stay
Overall Stay Review – Sonar Bangla The experience was below expectations. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was assigned one that reeked of cigarette smoke. The room, carpet, and bathroom all had strong smoke odors, making the stay unpleasant. Additionally, bedsheets and pillows were not clean, further affecting comfort and hygiene. This stay did not meet basic cleanliness or hospitality standards.

Average Hotel
For AIIMS hospital, location is good other outside the city. Service is below average. Front desk not sure about the services booked, even after settling the bills at night asking for the payment next morning...

Average Stay
Room was not cleaned properly. The telephone was not working even after In forming them No toothbrush kit or comb. Food was good and the hotel was easy to locate.

It was amazing experience..The room were clean and the service of the staffs were also very calm .. The bed was comfortable and the TV was also working properly. The food we ordered from the restaurant was also delicious..In a Short it was awesome ..!
