He does not allow me to check without paying an extra 500 rupees; just imagine I have reached at night 11 o clock he said I can't allow you to stay here, you need to pay an extra amount. my question why such things are going on. and the quality of the room is too bad so better to stay in any other room with making payment for such quality is not expected.

Food was good. But vaha jo app mai booking amount show kar raha tha. 590 auro jb mai hotel pahucha. Tb. Vaha mujhe auro pay karna padra. Tho koi discount ni mila mujhe. Bakwas app and jo hotel unke sath judre h vo bhi.

But when I got in the hotel & asked the man in charge for the key of the room booked online, that man asked for more rupees, atleast 950 in total. On being asked the reason, he could not clarify saying. When I agreed to pay 300 rupees more, he said " Then you have to leave room tonight, not tomorrow . However, after negotiation that man finally agreed with approximately 840 rupees in total. I had never ever such horrible experience in any hotel we had stayed before.
