bad service, no daily room service, no clean bathrooms, towel not changing daily, water not available, tv not working, food is not good, not required sufficient staff, not ok for GST bill

Experience in stay in this hotel is very nice. Room service is very good. All staffs of this hotel are very good. Especially food quality is very good. Main benefits of this hotel is that it is located in heart of the town. Park Street, quest mall is situated near the hotel. My experience to stay in this hotel is very nice

The images showing is very different from the reality. The rooms are small and crowded with dirty beddings and walls. It's not a 3 star hotel but a facility breakfast has only two standard options at all days which is quite bad. the reality hits different.

Cleaning, bedding and furniture very bad and dirty I never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The hotel has improved during the last few years in terms of cleanliness etc. But some issues remain like non uniform rooms, noicee surroundings, even the whole building shakes if a heavy vehicle passes by. Overall a good location. Breakfast has no variety. Overall all average.
