Terrible Stay

Unhygienic, broken taps, linens were soiled, none to attend at the lobby. Room size got filled with the bed & leaving no space. Room was stinky & entire hotel had cigarettes smell. Nothing left to write a word of praise 🥺

The service is very poor. There is no response. There is a heavy noise on my room's roof. I requested them. There are simple answers. Work is going on above the floor. We can't help. It is nighttime time but no solution. My room electricity gone. No one in reception to help. I checked around 9 PM to relax and take an early morning flight.

The The Best Hotel with Beautiful Nature of Staffs

Second time Best Hotel of Treebo I never ever stayed before in any other like this. I will not stay in any other hotels other than Treebo. Complement breakfast is super with choice. The behaviour of the staffs was very very appreciable from receiving to send off.

Damage room given , even after requesting to change they said no room available. After meeting when I returned I saw the room is not cleared. After so many requests they changed my room. Today morning I waited 20 minutes to get the bill. So many times I call them but they don't bother to receive the call.
