Worst experience i had with the property. The owner( raju) misbehave with my husband. He suggested to go for another hotel but when i asked about the refund. He just said you will get it. But he denied and didn't return it. Didn't cancel. After arriving in the location he said it was wrong. We were waiting in the hot sunny weather. My husband was tired due to face the curfew in delhi. So, he was so tired.

At the time of booking the MMT side take a charge of 8 person but in the hotel there was not any arrangements of 8 person in 3 rooms.

Nothing good about this Inn.

Just before check in, I got to know that there is no electricity and no proper backup. 5 mins before check in, I talked to owner over phone to know exact location but that time he told nothing about power failure. I had 2 years old daughter with me and it was very unprofessional attitude. However MMT's response was real quick and very professional. I am happy the way MMT handles it but will never book Present Inn.
