very difficult to find location. it was very inside other amenities was not good .cab was not able to come at hotel pickup location

It was an average stay. Literally dirty linens, stained towels, smelly washrooms. The lane in which the hotel is quite disgusting as well. Would not recommend it at all. Only chose because of proximity to Apollo Hospitals.

Really friendly staff and a good room in budget. Locations seems a little on the inner roads, but no actual problem because of it. Very close to the main road, and the local auto drivers recognise the street name as well so it is very easy to travel around.

Rooms were very clean, its really close to veg restaurants like SVG and ofc the US Consulate

it's new hotel and rooms are good. very supportive staff. but only concern is the location it's little interior narrow roads apart from that rest all good.

It was a good experience to stay on this property. I've found on line and this property doesn't have food fesility.

Property was bad. After the check out we started receiving harassment calls from hotel for extra payment for having 3 guest at the hotel who spent one hour with me. They have gone to extent to tell me that they will get a travel ban on my passport if extra money is not Paid. Totally unprofessional and unethical..

Clean room.. no restaurant available..price is high for that sort of a room.. 10 minutes walkable distance from 1000 lights metro station.

Your customer care is such terrible thing to deal with because, i chose 2 adult + 2kids and i have been provided with standard room with queen size bed. I couldn't able to get a bed on the floor too. I called customer care, and sent out mail about how dirty room looks, no one acknowledge and they simply closed the ticket.

It was very good experience and the stay is cozy. Rooms are decent enough and the food was good. Overall good experience

Smooth check in. Hotel reception is cooperative. Rooms are good with morden furniture. Cleanliness is good. Only hotel location is crowded. Lilo inside from main road. No breakfast available.

Hotel is neatly maintained and suits both singles and families. Thousand lights metro and us embassy are very near. Good restaurants as well are available nearby( within 500mts. So would definitely suggest
