Excellent Stay

great Location with beyond the expectation of hospitality. very neat and clean. Foods are also delicious 😋. staffs are very well mannered. Rooms are spacious. The toilets are also very clean.

Good Stay
Nice stay.. Location was very prime n things transportation was easy Staff was very polite n helpful. They are always ready to help . Rooms are decent for the price point... Buffet menu is very limited but food was hygienic n tasty.... It was overall a very good experience.. would 100% recommend this place for a plasant stay.

Poor Stay
Damp walls with smelly experience. Pictures don’t convey the gloomy experience. The washrooms were poor in plumbing. I had to change the hotel.

IT IS AVERAGE HOTEL TO STAY, LOCATION IS PROPER, HYGIENIC LEVELS SHOULD BE MAINTAINED, SERVICE WAS FAST, MORNING BREAKFAST WAS NOT UP TO THE MARK ALSO THEY STARTED BREAKFAST AT 8.15 AM INSTEAD OF 7.30 AM WHICH THEY PROMISED, DISPLAY OF REMOTE OF AC WAS NOT WORKING WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT LOBBY BOY GAVE AN IRRATIONAL & IRREVELANT RESPONSE AS AC IS ON WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH REMOTE I AGAIN ASKED I WANT TO ADJUST AC SETTINGS LOBBY BOY AGAIN RUDELY GAVE AN UNPROFESSIONAL & IMPERTINENT RESPONSE AS AC IS ON DON'T WORRY ABOUT AC SETTINGS

It was a nice stay but one complaint in the room the bed should be single king size otherwise everything else was fine the food was also food the location is also prime easy to locate

Average Stay
Overall stay was good, food was ok, hotel ambiance was good, but they were very fussy about money as i had my son with me, they charged full adult fare for him also. At the time of booking option for 14 yr kid was not there.

Stay was okayish type. Could have been better. Poor hospitality. For 2 days of stay they were providing one litre of complimentary water for 2 people. This was very disappointing. Also the receptionist was also unprofessional, didn’t look like he was into serving the customers.

The stay was good and comfortable. Two single beds joined together was a bit uneasy. The staff was courteous and helpful in every way. Need more options for breakfast. Overall a good stay but definitely there is scope for improvement.

Very unpleasant stay. Don’t book this hotel
Very bad stay i have ever faced. Booked for 4nights. Left the hotel by staying only 6 hours. Very unpleasant atmosphere. Water not available at bathroom. Nobody care at night. Very unprofessional behaviour of the manager. They are always irresponsible for anything. Nothing in their hand Useless service.
