The amenities, welcoming, room service, and food are awesome in one word. Staff behaviour is also good and much better than other properties. The swimming pool is clear and clean. I may suggest a couple to visit here for the best experience .

I checked in the hotel and immediately checked out within 1 hour without any refund as the rooms were very old, dirty and the property needs immediate renovation.

3rd class experienced about the Resort....Stuff behavior is too bad, no manners how to behave the customers, also room is not ok.. AC is not working, Door is not ok, when entire the room is was so bad smell also the rooms service is poor... Allover they are not professional

It was a great experience to stay in LBD . The service was so good and the prices are also very affordable and the room was quit big and and everything was rest assured . And when it comes about hygiene everything was so clean and neat. Cleanliness was up to the mark. The food was also very good and affordable.Everything was so good about LBD Resorts & Hotel . It’s not maintained that well , food quality especially the breakfast was pretty average with limited items only. Pool was also not cleaned. Staff behaviour not appreciable.

they did not provide any toiletries or even towels. I had to literally howl for that in the morning.

My stay in the hotel was very good.I have stayed here many times,all was a good experience.bath room can be made better.warm water was not available in the morning.staffs were very friendly and courteous.

which room it's showing booking time not provided for staying hot water is always flowing from shower pool is very Short and also not deep .drinking water is very costly only attached only given 2 short bottle and no shower cap no slippers but cap and slippers attached on resort booking it's showing on site pdf

housekeeping service very bad..when u call u at reception for anything no one answer ur calls..manager keeps coming for balance payment..bathroom pathetic ..no warm water...pool very dirty..rooms infested with bugs and cocroaches..they provide cheap quality water..in house restaurant very expensive and in the name of chicken pakora they provide besan pakoda ..smelly room ..very old towels . worst experience..if I pay 1500 extra then can go to Novatel..

Poor service, pillows and blankets were stinking of sweat, toilet was stinking I asked for room freshener they did not give me either, staff were non cooperative, food was tasteless, I asked the staff for the print outs they said yes initially but then at 9 o clock in the night they denied and I had appointment next day, I was roaming on the unknown road looking for print out on the main festival day till 11 o clock if they would have denied the service when I asked them I would not have been in such a trouble for so long in total it's utter waste of money.

Overall the experience was good. The quality of food is not exceptional but its good. The room service was not upto that mark. It’s extremely slow. The behaviour of the staffs were very good. The pool is also the main attraction of this property.

Booked a double bedroom suite through MMT at a great discount. Smooth check-in, tasty food, clean pool, and a complimentary breakfast that didn’t disappoint. Hassle-free and value for money—highly recommend!.

Service of this Hotel is not good. Multiple time asking for drinking water but no one to provide till night 11 PM. Room also not clean. Electric Jug also not working. Room TV not working. Water leakage from AC hence very bad experience for this hotel.

Initially the location seemed a bit odd but after getting it it's perfect.. the food is great at very less price. Complimentary breakfast is great too.. they have very good facilities including a good pool and other services.. the staffs were well behaved made cherry on top of the cake.. .

Recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was well-maintained, staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of options. Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend for both business and leisure stays.
