coupleStay was comfortable, food was very good, staff was cordial. Location of hotel is good, but traffic on jessore road makes it difficult to reach. Only on thing i would suggest to the hotel authority that they provide only one bottle of water per room with 2 people or couple. Rest of the extra water has to be purchased. That is very less (half litre of water per person in 24 hours). They should provide at least 2 bottles of water per couple or 1 bottle per person.

Property point of view it is very near to the airport. As it is beside the jessore road town buses, taxis, autos, totos everything is available just infront of the gate what to say about the delicious food! very very tasty and higenic. Room service is excellent. The hotel boys are always ready to serve. Within no time they reach and ask what you want sir. That's why my opinion is that it is an excellent hotel in kolkata

Rooms are spacious & clean. Cleaning done daily. Hot water is available 24hrs since large size heater is placed in bathroom ceiling. Staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is not very lavish, but enough. The restaurant food is very tasty and good. Since it was cold, i never had to use the ac or fan.
