We didnt even stay at the hotel since the staff denied check in because they didn’t see the booking on their system. We even contact makemytrip to solve the issue and they promise they will email me and give a refund which they both did not. Im so angry with the way the handle the situation and im still waiting for them to give a feedback and handle my issue

The property asked for an additional rs 754. The reason being that the amount shown was less than their actual price and the rooms as shown in the pictures were not the ones. There were no towels provided. Also, ventilation was a serious issue at the property as the exhaust was not working. The rooms were small and they did not have any complimentary breakfast that is mentioned.

Very poor stay and unhygienic food. No safety of your language. The staff and owner itself is unprofessional. I suggest not to go for a stay. Particularly there is a sardar who talk nonsense always

Their behaviour was good but service was too bad. Mm t showed complimentary breakfast but they said it's not there. Also hotel hygiene was bad. I checked in with my friend for a temporary night stay on urgent basis otherwise i would have never booked it if i had my family with me.

The worst hotel ever i stayed. Staff behaviour wasn't good with the guest. There was early check in available in my voucher but they charged 200 rupee for the early check in. All meals was included in the mmt voucher but they didn't provide a single bottle of water. They charged separately for my meal. Food quality was not bad that's why i didn't ordered my dinner. They didn't gave me one hour extra for the checkout. They told me to do the checkout at 11. I was asking for 12 noon but they told rudely that i have to pay extra for one hour. Terrible hospitality. There was no towel inside the washroom. They gave me towel at 10 pm. Their telephone was also not working inside the room. Worst stay.

Hotel ask for extra 1000rs after i paid on mmt. The room condition was too poor. Receptionist was rude and mannerless.

This is the best, affordable and calm place to stay. I enjoyed staying here, the staff is helpful and food was delicious. I'll visit again.

They have charged extra ₹258/- for the sake of compensating there base fare room charges. Room was in pathetic condition no hygiene maintained and worst service

It was simply terrible. The room and the entire building was filthy and shady. Severe damage in the room - mirrors, doors, windows, floor, everything was in a poor condition. The linen was dirty, the floor was not cleaned, seepage and moisture on the walls. It was such a negative experience. Not to forget the broken bed. All i could feel was the hard springs against my spine. Food was not good too. Overpriced and not at all appetizing. Only the tea was worth it. The hotel should really put up actual photographs on any travel booking and not deceive people like this
