Rooms were clean. food was satisfactory. They should have smoking rooms or smoking zone on the floor.

It was good but initially AC was not working afterwards that was fix . TV did not work. I would suggest before you allot any room to customer check working status of all appliance .

Overall right from welcome to exit, from room to room service to breakfast. Poor location to add to it.

Food was not upto mark location was very far from market rooms were very small as compared to rate

Overall my experience in this hotel is very good. Hotel is very nee t and clean. Size of room is little bit small but you can stay there with your family very well. There is a balcony where cupboards are provided, you can stuff your belongings there. A fridge and a cattle was also provided which help my little angel lot. Behavior of staffs are very good and cooperative. Thank you for all this.

He allotted small room because i booking he not given tooth brush kit because i booked. Service is not good

Located in serene locality of Kolkata Ananya is a nice n clean hotel. Food quality was good. The service provided by polite staff was professional

I haven't stayed there. Unfortunately i couldn't reach the hotel yesterday so i called them to cancel and they strictly denied to cancel.

There was peaceful and safe stay. All staff were well behaved and genuine. The hotel was neat and clean. There is requirement of improvement in facilities like sleeper and dental kit as u have mentioned in web site of hotel, otherwise stay was pleasant and i will choose hotel ananya in next time

Its in a good location surrounded by a field.. staffs are very much helpful..

The hotel appears to be a newly built one and all facilities are very good. The staff are very courteous. Though the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, they have a nice menu and serve the ordered food in the room itself. Overall experience was very good.

I have booked a room for my family stay, and cancel-led the booking. They promised to returned money but did not returned my money, worst experience.
