very small room rude staff
staff are very rude about cleaning, they change bed sheet in 2 days. very small room and walls are thin

Average Stay
The hotel location is good, I only had breakfast at the hotel , which was appetizing. Amenities are good, intercom was not working , room was a bit on the smaller side, had no option to poweroff the A/C. However the service provided doesn't justify the price i paid. Overall a standard stay.

Excellent Stay
Through google map, food was very nice, amenities were best , and services were in well mannered. It was nice to stay there. Next time also I want to stay there due to well services , food and amenities. It was awesome.

Good Stay
we stayed there for 4 days. the staffs are really good, They help you with everything. we did not have food there, so i don't know about the food. and the location of the property is really really good, we did not have to take cab to anywhere, we travelled all kolkatta and the location is such that the metro station and the bus stop is at walkable distance. as the property is located centrally numerous dinning and shopping options are there. just one single problem is there the rooms are a bit smaller, but we just used the room to sleep,as we travelled all day. the rooms are clean, response of the room service is good. all equipments of the room works finely. AT THIS PRICE POINT YOU CANT EXPECT TO BE IN THE ITC HOTEL.. JUST GO FOR THIS BLINDLY.

Excellent Stay
Hotel is well maintained, room is clean and no any strange odours. Staffs are very supportive and good, behaviour is also good. The location of the hotel is also good, just 5 minutes walk to park street.

Superb ambience. Staffs are super workful. Room is super clean. Amenities are in a fabulous working condition. Tolataries and morning kit is also available.
