I checked in at the night of 7th July for 4 nights. It was around 10pm I checked in. The reception staff is rude and keeps an eye on every person entering and exiting the property not in a very good way. If you have guests female or male they will enquire as if it is their right to know who is accompanying us. I was asked twice it was my elder brother and elder sister with her kid. They speak to you, as if they have done a favour to you by giving you the room. The room allotted was filthy, linens dirty, plumbing leaking, o asked for a linen change. Even the changed new linen had male hair, stains and spots. I could not use their comforter and slept with my stole on. Next day when I requested for a room change (since MMT showed me an upgrade) I was denied saying no rooms are available.I requested housekeeping, nobody arrived till 11:30am despite of informing them that I had to leave somewhere. I escalated the issue with MMT IDk treebo team called me to cancel the booking which I didn’t ask. I was told the hotel has asked to cancel. But I stood my ground and asked for better room. After a lot of back and forth, a new room was allotted. The breakfast they serve is basic bread, eggs, tea. The housekeeping team is polite. So is the serving team. I had informed for one night my elder sister will stay with me, and I was happy paying the charges if any. They took 500/- for 1 person however there was a lot of reluctance to sharing proper invoice. Even for checkout I was asked to vacate the room at 10:30am there check out time is 11am. And when I requested the receptionist she rudely declined saying we have too many bookings. The hotel is in shambles, dirty and unhygienic. For daily traveller on a budget or for work it’s okay, I will not recommend this to people who have a sense of hygiene, is looking for a relaxed stay and who would like to enjoy good hospitality.
