Feedback for Hotel (via MakeMyTrip)
This was the worst and most horrible hotel experience of my life through MakeMyTrip. I feel completely cheated and disgusted.
1. After reaching the property, they shamelessly denied having the room type that was clearly booked on MMT. Only after I argued and pressured them did they suddenly “find” one room.
2. TV access was outright denied — they simply said it won’t work.
3. The room was filthy and disgusting — dirty floors, stained bedsheets, and a completely unhygienic environment.
4. Furniture was broken, including a damaged table, and the WC flap was broken as well.
5. The bathroom switchboard was open and exposed, which was not only unprofessional but also extremely dangerous.
6. For 3 long days I was forced to stay here because of work, and every moment was frustrating and stressful.
This was a pathetic, unsafe, and shameful property. I never expected MakeMyTrip to allow such a hotel to be listed on their platform. It has completely shaken my trust in MMT. Feedback for Hotel (via MakeMyTrip)
