Room was in average condition but service was bad . There was no food service. I paid for morning breakfast including room Tariff but didn't get it . They said their kitchen is closed .

not satisfactory with hygiene of the property, over charging on water without valid reason. non supporting staffs

very poor quality of service. its totally different as it mentioned in profile. I suggest never go with hotel option. there are many other hotels available in same price with better service & quality.

Very Old construction & housekeeping is not proper. i find this hotel from make my Trip.Remaining is all things are fine.

I stayed there for one week . I am happy with the environment of this hotel .Also Room service is very good as well food quality . Only things I feels bit expensive.

The hotel rooms are quite small, around 90 sq. ft., which made it uncomfortable for three people to stay together. There was also a damp smell in the room. Cleanliness was average and the property clearly requires better upkeep and maintenance. The hotel is located in a busy market area, which can be convenient but also a bit noisy at times. Food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was decent in taste, though slightly overpriced. On the positive side, the hotel staff were cooperative and helpful, which made the stay more manageable. With improved maintenance and a little more focus on guest comfort, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

The hotel staff did not let us check it nor did they return my money. And when I complained about Make My Trip, no one took responsibility and said that if the hotel did not return the money, I could not do anything. I will never use the Make My Trip app again.........

it's awesome, the hotel team was awake till 2 am. I also got dinner ready late at night.Thank you very much for making my first kolkata visit memorable.

Very Bad Experience in this hotel very bad and unhygienic room we book for 3 person their is no proper space for 2 person. They Dont know any thing about their policy and dont give any complimentary breakfast very bad in communication dont book ever this hotel

Air conditioner not working, no lift, room is congested. Bad experience . Don't book online, check the room first.

Staffs are good but rooms are medium quality. Need maintaining. Lamp behind the Bed is broken, it may repaired soon.

Property was not as it was shown in the pictures. There were no elevator in the building and which was also not mention Which really troubled my parents who has problem to climb stairs.

pleasant stay, staff at reception was very helpful. room and bathroom both were clean. also, they allowed on stay a littl longer after requesting to extend the checkout for an hour.
