Room services was too good Food is tasty I like visiting again to your hotel

Hotel services was good, staff was available on every service calls. I had grt experience.

The room was clean, but the Wi-Fi was unreliable and the hot water for bath was not work. The location was good, and the price was fair for what you get, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay"

Early check in was denied. I reached the hotel at 1000 hrs and requested for early check in.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience stress-free. I loved the cozy room and great amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Property is good for the price. Cleanliness can be improved further, breakfast time is 8AM , they should be able to serve in time as it's already late and further delay can disturb days planning.

Good location, touch to road and amenities are ok and service is good . Staff on reception are helpful , restaurant staff is good service. Stay was good. Rooms bit small seems rates should be reduced atleast 500/- from tariff Breakfast was good , Bathroom is enough . But Little noises from outside is bearable .

The tariff they take is very high, compared to the facilities they provide. In delhi, we get far better facilities in the same amount. Also beds are not comfortable.

Staff are very well behaved. Rooms and washrooms are clean but only hand shower of my bath was not working properly. Location is prime.

The hotel was very neat and clean and well maintained the rooms were spacious and large and was very neat the restaurant at the hotel was really good food was great overall was an awesome place to stay all the staff was very friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere was pleasant 'done'

The hotel was very nice. The staff took good care of me. There was a little bit of noise from the event happening next door but other than that it was pleasant

Paid money for 2 adults and they did not let us check in together as unmarried couple. Further more they denied to provide breakfast for 02 people too. Money wasted

All good but need toilets little to improve. And service very good. Communication and guide lines were good

My stay was for only 01 night. It was an official stay. Before booking the hotel room, i saw that the hotel has laundry service and complimentary breakfast. When i asked for ironing my cloths, the receptionist said that it's not available and it can be done from outside. When i insisted and said that availability of laundry service was mentioned while i was browsing through for checking the hotels in behala area in kolkata. He said that it can be done but i will get the cloths only the next day in evening. Moreover, i needed to check-out the next day and they said that the complementary breakfast is served only after 8:00am. And it's a policy and they cannot arrange anything before that. I understand that the attitude and quality of services the hotel provides is quite unprofessional and needs training on hospitality. The linen and pillows were also not clean (it was used) and also the bed and pillow were not comfortable. I needed the basic facilities only.

Following are the good service meets my requirements : 1. Good housekeeping and cleaning maintain. 2. Wash room is maintained nee t and clean 3. Immediate response and service when ask opportunity for improvements (ofis) : 1. Breakfast quality. 2. Slippers need to provide for wash room. 3. On breakfast beside south indian food i e up-ma, idali should be included. 4. Beside of tandoori roti, tawa root i from wheat flour should be made available.

Behavior of all staff including manager sir were very good. They took care of us nicely. Room and toilet are very clean. Food also good. Thanks

Pleasant stay. Mass area. Good food. Local busy market. Don't expect too much cleanliness. Reasonable. Good staff.

Room was good and the food was good. Kids loved the free wifi. Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean.

Good stay at affordable prices, well cooperative, good welcome, total area looks like residential, hotel looks like home stay
