Terrible Stay
The room was cramped with just one bed and a table, feeling overpacked. Toilet amenities were missing—no handwash, toothpaste, etc. The flush system was broken, requiring a hard press to work, which was pretty inconvenient 😬.

Everything is disappointing like location not good, room not clean properly and washroom very small and dirty.

Room service was timely and polite. The staff made the check-in experience seamless. Would surely stay here again next time. AC and geyser worked perfectly throughout. Lift and other amenities were well maintained.

Excellent Stay
Daily housekeeping was prompt and non-intrusive. Wi-Fi speed was decent for work calls. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Lift and other amenities were well maintained. The room was just as shown in the pictures. Great for quick overnight visits.

Terrible Stay
Had a very bad stay at JBL hotel. The room, washroom, bedsheets , even the pillows were very dirty. Had a pathetic experience. The only plus point is the behaviour of the staff at the hotel. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful but the property is very dirty.
