Room and everything was every clean and experience food good and staffs are very friendly

The moment i stepped in i have to explain myself that i have already booked through the app and was going to stay at their hotel!!! The man at the front office at that time was not welcoming and does not care about that i was staying at all, he hand me the keys and point the way a I'm going..that was the worst hospitality I've ever experienced. But other than that particular man the other staffs were good. And going to bed, i find that the sheets were not changed and not cleaned and was used previously. There were hairs lying around on the floor and the bed was tucked in nicely but there was also hairs lying on the bed under the nicely tucked blanket. At least the food was good.

Attendents are very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms including other rooms are very clean. Quality of food was very good and fresh. Food staffs were very polite.

Golden Square Hotel is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos are completely misleading — the reality is the total opposite of what’s shown online. The room was infested with insects, even on the bed, making it impossible to rest. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive, acting as though allowing us to stay there was a favor. After 10 p.m., there was no assistance available, and we were left sitting in the lobby trying to manage our luggage on our own. The lift and rooms were shockingly small and uncomfortable, adding to the frustration. If it were possible, I’d give this hotel negative stars. Please, avoid Golden Square Hotel at all costs — you’ll save yourself time, money, and a lot of stress. And once again, do not trust the photos — they are completely false. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5 Rooms Very small rooms it’s showing 21sq.m But In reality I don’t think it’s even 1.2 sq.m and insects are already there on the bed Safety Didn’t see any guard but we didn’t face issue Walkability Very small you take 1 step and the hotel is complete Food and drinks Didn’t eat any But from far variety looked small

Clean & staffs are very polite & supportive. I stayed wid my baby & they provided baby food . Staffs are kind

It's the best hotel I have ever visited so far , so good staff and the best kind of food. They have the warmest hospitality and the experience was very nice . Please give them a visit

I'm traveling since 15 yr and have not faced such problems. first point - if they don't have room why take bookings. second point - they're given a room & said they will shift the correct room at 9 pm, i called many times but not shifted. third point - when I slept at 11.30pm they came and said shift in your room as booked. this is a really bad experience. dear traveller does not book a room. at the same price you can find so many options. never recommend. food quality very bad. staff are very bad without manners & experience. i don't think how they can run the hotel for long time. dear mmt please approve this review.

Great for family and food, It was delightful, room was clean with all amenities and it has restaurant which had such a delicious food, it is better than most restaurants and hotels in there tbh,

The property is charging a high rate despite the room being very small and lacking basic amenities. There is no hot water, and a dog nearby keeps barking, making it difficult to sleep. Most food items are unavailable, and the food that is available takes over an hour to be served. At the same price, I could easily get a better hotel with proper facilities and service.

Good. Room view is normal. Services are very quick. Couple friendly. Specious rooms. But not much option for breakfast.
