The room size is too small and there is no mirror either in the room or in the bathroom. The cleanliness is not properly maintained. Moreover, the front office staff misbehaved, which made the experience very unpleasant.

All over experience are good cleaning room soft bed cleaning washroom full.

The rooms were okayish the first time, the floors were kinda sticky and gave a bedsheet with numerous cigarette burns. The next time the rooms were good and so was the behaviour. Inconsistent but good service.

Bedroom quality & Bathroom quality is not good in super deluxe room. But the good part is that staff and service is very immersive, In last food quality is too good.

The room was not clean and so congested. They didn't even given bedsheet and bed looks so dirty. Overall, it was not an great option to stay and not value for money.

The staff was familiar with payment methods and the food they served was pathetic apart from this they don’t have pizza and i want to order pizza but they don’t allow me you can understand what i’m trying to say

The receptionist denied entry to the room that was pre-booked. The rooms are extremely small and un-tidy. The washroom is un-hygienic. Even water is not provided by the hotel.
