they 1st denied the stay after that when i called in customer care they told me that there is a small room please adjust so we haven't got any option to stay therem

Bedsheet are very dirty. Rooms are untidy. Western comode is broken. Insects in the bedroom. Pillow covers are unclean and stained. Bed cover is also stained. Towel is also dirty and stained. Overall it is not really pleasant stay here. I will not recommend to any one.

Terrible Stay
We didn't stay here. They rejected our booking saying they don't have any rooms left whether we have pre-booked or not. They said it was due to some technical glitch and they didn't receive our booking beforehand.
