Great location, clean room and comfort bed. I would like to thanks for early check-in. At last, restaurant menu could have been better.

Good stay , clean rooms , tasty foods. Note : Outside food is not allowed , smoking inside room not allower

nice location, nice ambience, rooms are very good at their given price, Breakfast was okay okay not bad, service was top notch, will definitely suggest to stay here.

I stayed at BRio Hotel for 2 days and trust me, it is the best hotel I have experienced in Kolkata so far. The rooms were perfect – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet was a real treat with so many tasty options. What impressed me the most was their excellent customer service – the staff was always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The only minor point is that the food felt a little pricey, but the quality and taste made it worth it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend BRio Hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata.

Extremely neat and clean hotel, located in sector 3 just walking distance to nicco park, parking was available on the road, but safe, they let me park exactly in front of the hotel. The rooms are big, all amenities were provided including packaged drinking water. The staff was very well behaved. Breakfast had loads of varieties and the taste was good. Located in a quiet place, no hush from the crowd though being in the heart of sector 3. The restaurant is a bit costly if you decide to dine in, but at par with any standard restaurant. No outside food is allowed so keep that in mind. Would definitely suggest this place for family or even solo.

I stayed there for 1 night. My experience of staying was excellent, importantly the room was very clean and spacious compared to to other boutique hotels. Food was also very good. Staff behaviour was very nice and pleasant specially Mr Prasenjit. Thank you very much.

The hotel is well designed and accessible in a central salt lake locality. The room size and decor was very good and comfortable and front desk staff helpful and efficient.the breakfast was average and service lax as there was only one waiter for all tables. The restaurant food was decent. There is a ball and multiplex with restaurants in 5 minutes walk. Recommend for stay in sat lake kolkata

Had a very pleasant stay at this property. Though small, the hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff is courteous and well-trained, making the experience smooth and comfortable. The in-house restaurant serves good food, and the location is a big plus - tucked away in a quiet, peaceful residential area.

Got it through MMT, but it was a good and decent stay for the given pricing. Room could have been better with cleanliness part. But it was manageable. Breakfast was average with nice ambience. An old age man in the restaurant was very polite and kind hearted staff.

I had a wonderful stay at brio! the room was nice, cosy, and well-maintained - perfect for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The complimentary breakfast had a great spread with something for everyone. I was especially impressed with the restaurant’s room service - prompt, courteous and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend bro for a warm and pleasant stay!
