Pathetic rooms very delayed service
Pathetic service, very small rooms not justified for the price they ask for. Very slow service have asked for the extra towels for 5 times

I don't want to give a review but considering the amount charged i have to..
I booked premium room, instead i was given a small room because the receptionists said all the rooms were occupied! The pillow, bedding, table and chair were dirty and stained. The bed was also creaking. Sanitarywares were also stained and worned out.

Excellent Stay
Best location and ideal place to stay for the attendant of Apollo Hospital. The quality and taste of food is very good. Well cleaned and very hygienic. Staff are cooperative and well behaved.

Average Stay... No complaints.
Rooms are nice and so is the ammeneties. Neat toilets and also overall clean. Breakfast is average. Though hotel is next to a Hospital and is very crowded almost throughout the day or night. I chose a room on the back side, still plenty of noise throughout the night. Front team is supportive and happy to help. If a business trip and you tend to only use the Hotel for Bed and Breakfast, surely a decent choice if your works are wrong the place.

Poor Stay
I arrived at hotel at 9:30 and requested for check in but they not allowed for it but room are available. After many tume request the allowed check in inn wid 1600 rupee and i pay it . But before booking i call them and ask for early check in and they said we provide you check wid availability of room. And they asked money when we boked and arrived there
