I stayed at pallavi international hotel. Hotel is very good ambience was excellent. Location is very good staff is very helpful.

Hotel Opus Kolkata. Completely wrong information about the hotel. I was booked into this hotelbecause the original place where I had booked by choice cancelled due to some at the property . I knew nothing about this Opus Hotel but had to book this as I was guided I checked in and immediately hated the place and checked out in the next 15 mins. Lift wasn’t working. Dark small rooms. Torn dirty bedsheets. Locality totally filthy. The pictures of the facade and rooms. It’s a shady place. I was denied the refund inspite of not being there for more than 15 mins. I did not expect this as this booking was not my choice. The person at the reception tried to me when I was checking out. Overall a scary experience The hotel has denied even a partial refund. Please don’t stay at this place.

After entering they the room alloted was having issue in the locks for which we need to wait for 30-40 mins, Even entering the room dust was over the floor. During checkout they again made us wait for 30 mins to give clearance
