Terrible Stay
My stay at Hotel Luxor was by far the worst hotel experience . The rooms were filthy, the bedsheets were stained and clearly unwashed, and there were cockroaches crawling all around. To make matters even worse,completely unacceptable. The hotel’s hygiene standards are non-existent, and it’s obvious that no proper cleaning or maintenance is done. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for a single night. If you care about cleanliness, comfort, or basic decency, avoid Hotel Luxor at all costs. This place should honestly be inspected by health authorities. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else — this is the worst hotel

Dirty bed, stinky
Dirty bed, no hand wash. Room unclean. Floor dusty. Despite request to change bedsheets and pillow. Pillow was extreme dirty with lot of unhygienic stains.They did not change the sheets since they don’t have additional sheets. us to give 5star rating. We planned for 4 days thankfully we only Booked for 1 night and changed to next location next morning.

Excellent Stay
I had a great stay at this hotel! It's located in a prime spot—close to everything, which made getting around super convenient. The room was well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

My booking was in deluxe room but hotel manager given me premium room. In comparison deluxe room is better than premium room.

Poor Hygiene, Broken Locks, and Cockroaches
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall hygiene was extremely poor — the room was dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout. There were a lot of cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. Additionally, both the bathroom door lock and the balcony door lock were broken, making the room feel unsafe and insecure. This is a serious issue that should not be overlooked by any hotel management. I would not recommend staying here until these basic safety and cleanliness standards are addressed.

Everything was smooth and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good.od.
From Google hotels near Acropolis Mal shows Hotel Fab luxor which was suitable for staying. The location was easy to find. Improvement of water facilities may be required. As it was found in our room the water was not coming at the basin for which I have to change the room. We had booked the rooms pretty early. We couldn't get warm or hot water for taking bath We all 4 person were Senior Citizens.

Got upgraded for free. Nice and friendly staff. Great location close to VFS centre. We also got complimentary tea in the morning.

The only good thing was the location of the property, which is close to Acropolis Mall. Amenities and food were not good. The property is not professionally managed.

This property is average and can be best if they change dirty and old comodes sit in toilet. I gave same feedback last time but see no improvement.

Stay is average. Lock door is not functioning and the water bottle is not sealed , tap is not working properly. I booked for king size bed but they gave me different one.

Bad Experience. I requested an early check-in for the VISA Appointment and reached 7am. I was supposed to stay only for 6 hours and i had paid the entire amount for the room. Still the manager charged me early check-in charges of 500 So for 6-7 hours i had to pay AC room but AC was leaking directly onto our heads. We didn't make much of a complaint because we hardly stayed in the room for 2 hours. If you are staying here be cautious as the rooms and sheets are not clean as the reviews suggest.
