I was having a late check-In at around 3:00 - 3:30 AM. on reaching I was said that no rooms are available, immediately said all rooms are packed, then immediately said One room is their and I asked my wife and kid to go there, on reaching the room there was no bed. the person accompanying them then took to a separate room. this room was big but cleanliness was horrible. the AC was making some noise till we checked Out. Morning Bed tea you will get only after 9:00 AM as people don't come. I didn't find any professional staff trained for handling room service.
also while I was check-in I was told pest control happened so rooms are not ready.
all these resulted in a very bad experience
