Stay and food were very good. Service and amenities were of high standard. Very conveniently located also.

Staff - very poor and non-responsive food- not good rooms - worst (even water was not coming in the shower) done

Expected more for the price i was paying. Did not get an option for including breakfast on mmt. Food was good and freshly prepared in the restaurant.

Location is excellent - centre of south calcutta, a happening place for eateries, street food, shopping in lake market area, gariahat, close to metro station ( convenient for going anywhere including dakshineswar) and kalighat kali temple. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and smiling. Very hospitable. They want the guests to be happy. Food was awesome.

Don’t travel with your family here

It's a good hotel for solo or business Traveler. The reception guy might want to talk a bit softly. Breakfast wasn't prepared by the time we left at 7.30 and we had to content with tea and butter toast.

TV was not working. Room was allotted in other premises. No mobile network. No internet network. No room service. Not asking for water at least in room when I requested for water then only provide. I requested for change the room they said it is not possible for the same day and ask me to change when I got ready for work on other day. It was very bad experience, please do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All was well. Room attendant was polite and all-time prompt responsive.
