nothing to describe . in one word pathetic . ruthless receptionist ruthless owner . unhygienic dirty bad smell toilet are very very unhygienic dirty toilet seat is yellowish dirty . don't stay

It was a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient. The staff interaction was excellent. They were very cordial and helpful. Food was OK, a little less spicy a little lightly cooked would have made it more acceptable for aged people like us. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The atmosphere was homely with adequate security

All are bad . We face lot problems. No lift 4 floor only lift facilities for 5th floor unclean bathroom, relief not working even main door and bathroom door locked not working

Food was tasty but portion size could be better. Location is perfect, very close to Gariahat. Some amenities mentioned on MMT were missing. Food options are limited, especially in terms of continental items, and outside food is strictly not allowed, so you have to choose only from their menu. Staff behaviour was okay.

I booked a 5-day stay at Park Palace Hotel in Kolkata through the MakeMyTrip app, expecting a luxurious experience based on the glossy "luxury" room photos displayed. What I got instead was a complete nightmare, and it’s baffling that MakeMyTrip doesn’t verify the properties they list. The room was tiny, filthy, and had a foul, stale smell—nothing like the pristine images shown. The building itself is old, crumbling, and poorly maintained. The door locks were completely broken, forcing me to use makeshift to secure the room, which is unacceptable for any hotel claiming to offer comfort or safety. The mattress was so hard it gave me back pain after just one night, making sleep unbearable for the entire stay. To top it off, the hotel bans outside food, leaving you stuck with their overpriced, tasteless in-house dining. A plate of plain boiled rice costs ₹170, fish curry is ₹280—₹450 for a meal that was utterly bland and disappointing. Even a standard ₹20 water bottle is sold for ₹35, which is daylight robbery considering the abysmal quality of everything. This experience makes me question how MakeMyTrip allows such listings without proper verification. Guest reviews online echo similar frustrations with poor hygiene, broken amenities, and subpar service. If I could give Park Palace Hotel a -5 rating, I would. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this place and be wary of unverified listings on MakeMyTrip!

they are scamming people , stuff are very rude and unhelpful. Despite of mmt request they did nothing.

Staff behaviour service and food quality is very good. But there is a little issue on the maintenance of the rooms, the walls and the furniture of the room is in poor condition, I'll advise to repair or maintain it properly to make it more appealing and clean. Room Was Dirty, Bed Was Dirty, It was Smelling a Lot. When i ask for a Different room, Staff Denied says it is the only room Available. For Price they are charging we can Expect a decent room in place like Kolkata
