2 days stay at NX hotel

Hotel location was Ok, no issues. Food was really good and well served 5 starts for that. The room size was small comparatively in this price range therefore rating it 4 stars. Room service was just Ok, 3 Stars for that. At least they should have replaced the towels used during 1st day stay. There should be replacement of towels with fresh towels for the next day stay.

Room was very small, there was no hot water even during the morning hours. No dental kit provided whereas it will be available in most of the hotels. Breakfast was worst, very bad taste and i didn't had anything

coupleIve had the worst stay ever. The receptionist has no manners and just for the matter of 2 hours he charged me not even half day charge but full day charge. We booked the smallest room which was available but he charged us the money of full day just because we did late checkout. Worst stay, unprofessional staffs and service.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, as far as the amount charge and time is concerned, I checked with the team and would like to inform you that our standard check-out time is 11 am and you were given a grace period of 2 hours i.e 01 Pm on complimentary basis but you checked out at 17:16 hours, it is well beyond 2 hours. The amount that was charged was for half day only and was applicable i.e till 6pm, and the amount was Rs 2500 which is the properties minimum half day rate, we cant charge below this amount.each and every detail was explained to you in brief and politely by our front desk staff, then also I would apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.

businessRooms were very small, can fit only 1 person in my room there was issue with washroom door it was damaged and it was not closing asked them to change room as am not comfortable for the issue i have requested them many times but no result, stayed like that only upto 4 days bcoz of booking was paid. 5th floor bar attendant not behaved properly. Smoking smell around the room.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small but clean. I think they have small geyser for hot water so it is not sufficient. There was no buffet breakfast during my stay of 2 days. I felt bit expensive for these rooms. Bed linen was bit dirty.
