Dear Mr. Khurshid Greetings from NX Hotel, Kolkata! Thank you for your valuable feedback, as far as the amount charge and time is concerned, I checked with the team and would like to inform you that our standard check-out time is 11 am and you were given a grace period of 2 hours i.e 01 Pm on complimentary basis but you checked out at 17:16 hours, it is well beyond 2 hours. The amount that was charged was for half day only and was applicable i.e till 6pm, and the amount was Rs 2500 which is the properties minimum half day rate, we cant charge below this amount.each and every detail was explained to you in brief and politely by our front desk staff, then also I would apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
