Good Stay
The stay was good. Welcome-drinks were also good. Toiletries can be made better. Breakfast and reception can be improved as there was a prevalent unpleasant odour in that area. Done.

For premium and expensive hotel the experience was sub-standard. Housekeeping took almost half an hour to get me fresh towels which should have already been there when I checked in. Food is overpriced and is worse than cheap restaurants. The rooms don't seem to be maintained properly

Pleasant stay!!
The location worked wonderfully for me as it was quite close by to my centre. The staff were courteous. Although we had to wait for sometime for checking in. The food was good. Though the buffet could include more options.

The check in process was very long, we waited nearly 2 hours even thought our rooms were pre booked and pre payed for. The AC vent noise was too loud for because of which couldn’t sleep properly. Even the bathroom echaust was making weird loud noises

They denied to allot me a joint bed They gave us twin bed and they ask for extra money to allot joint bed upgrade .

Excellent Stay
The place was great, everything was exactly like in the images if not better. Only complain is that the pool and bar was shut down during our stay, it would've been nice to be notified beforehand. Other than that it was worth the money, great experience. The staff was polite as well

We didn't ordered any food however the property was awesome eith all the amenities. And the view from window is amazing too. I will plan to visit again. 10 out of 10 points from us

At the time of checkout, the staff falsely claimed damage to goods or items lost from my room, which I believe was done with wrong intentions. Additionally, during check-in, customers were insisted upon to upgrade rooms to check in before 2 PM.
