tables were dusty, toilet seats were spotted, even after informing the room service that the bathroom is stinky no one came to clean it, i won't book this hotel next time, i visit kolkata.

Bad experience. Smell in rooms. Too much disturbance in rooms. Staff very rude... i booked 3 rooms but also even then the staff front desk etc were very rude in behaviour.

For premium and expensive hotel the experience was sub-standard. Housekeeping took almost half an hour to get me fresh towels which should have already been there when I checked in. Food is overpriced and is worse than cheap restaurants. The rooms don't seem to be maintained properly

The check in process was very long, we waited nearly 2 hours even thought our rooms were pre booked and pre payed for. The AC vent noise was too loud for because of which couldn’t sleep properly. Even the bathroom echaust was making weird loud noises
