We arrived at the hotel after a 9 hour drive at morning 5:30, the hotel didn't open the gate till 6 even though we had informed earlier.
None of the rooma were prepared. Blanket was dirty. Washroom was dirty. In one room the blanket was changed and toilet cleaned while we kept waiting and standing. In the other room, the commode was broken so after making us wait for very long, hotel showed us another room which had a broken lock and we got locked inside the room. Someone had to push the door from outside and after long, it opened. Then they showed us a third room. This room was smelling very bad. When asked for room freshner, the hotel denied it. We had to stay in that room as we were very tired after so long. When we got into the room, we found, there was a lot of dry blood on the blanket. We got very scared. We had a two months baby with us. I immediately took the blanket to show at the reception. The hotel staff them started shouting at me for bringing it to their attention as there were other guests sitting there. Specially the people sitting at the reception are very rude. Rest of the staff is clueless and the property manager is hardly ever at the hotel.
After all this nuisance, they gave us a different room at 1pm (again in one room the bathroom's door didn't have a lock ugh. And they still had the guts to ask for extra money from us bcz we were 3 people in each room, although I had paid for 6 people in two rooms. I can go on. And to resolve all this, i had to talk to the hotel and then Oyo and then Make my trip who kept swinging me from one place to another. It was a HORRIBLE experience. Horrible would be an understatement. I'm just glad we came out alive out of that place.
